    Hello all,

Here is an Hesperiidae photographed in Quebec, Canada in June 2010.

    Any idea about the species?

    Thank you,

    Michel

Rather difficult to tell without seeing the inside of the wings but I'd guess at it being one of the Skippers.

Thank you for your help Eileen,

It seems that finally it is a Long Dash Skipper
    (Polites mystic).

    Cheers,

    Michel

Your shot is great and the border around your pictures make them look so nice but does not take away from the butterfly's beauty.
