Does anybody know which palm seeds are the easiest to germinate and which palm plant is the easiest to grow? And does anyone know what kind of palm trees produce the dates that are sold in groceries? Thanks so much for any advice. Diana
A couple of years ago I planted some date seeds from store bought dates. Up came some date palms. Judging by their growth (or lack of) they would seem to be slow growers or my growing conditions are not ideal. From seed to maturity I would guess is a very long time. Jerry Date Palm 2?
