Window box planter

    I saw one similar to this at a garden center but thought it too expensive. We had some old windows in the garage so my husband made this one for me and another for a friend. And then the friends neighbor.

    You're right those type of planters are really overpriced in garden centres. What a lovely job your husband has done. Now it's a real talking point as well as a very attractive and useful item for the garden.

    Great idea! No sense in paying big money for something that can easily be built at home! Looks wonderful!
    Makes me wish I had some old windows somewhere! :-D
