    I planted these seeds today.

I didn't know if one was better than the other. So I planted both.

They look good, Daniel. I don’t know these particular ones. Of course I am interested to see how they do for you.

I am interested in trying to grow leeks.

Do they have a strong onion flavor and make one cry when cutting them? Or are they milder?

I will have to look for more info on growing them.

You have a go at growing them and they don't make you cry when cutting them.
Here's a video, I always watch this guy.

I will try growing some leeks, but I really was hoping they had a very strong onion flavor. I ordered some off of eBay, and it is over 200 seeds, so I will probably share some of the seeds. (Someone had an offer for over 1,000 leek seeds but I don't need that many!)

I sometimes watch this guy's garden channel.

AA I do not think that they taste like onions (Allium). According to my tastebuds, not all the members of the onion (Allium) family taste the same. For instance the garlic does not taste like an onion and chives do not taste like onions or garlic. Leeks do not taste like any of those either.

I have never eaten leeks raw, but cooked they do not have a strong taste to me; but it is easily recognisable.

I wish you the best with your trial, hopefully you will find them tasty.
