I just love walking in the woods .....This is behind my house.. This time of the year it is so peaceful and untouched.. soon the blackberry trees and stuff will emerge .

Just reminds me of the words, THE SILENCE OF THE WHIPPERWILL....

Ole mom nature has lots of work out there.

Looks quiet and peacful Barb. Are there any paths that your able to follow. We also have stateland that is wooded and has walking paths, also deer paths that lead back to a riverbank where people fish from. I love just listening to nature back there-so queit.

Won't be long before ole Mom gets going there, thats for sure. I miss the woods of Pa. I used to run thru them, swing on huge vines like a childs swing, and just relax in them. Both my children were born and raised in Pa, and we spent alot of time in the woods, playing and collecting. Lucky you!!

I love the woods around us too. I usually take the smallest pony with me and let her graze a bit, or I bring the girls and look for mushrooms, berries and animals.

tis nice that you have some woods behind you, i have a lil wild area at the far back of my yard that gets green and built up over the season that blocks off the neighbors in the other street. Just seeing the green stuff around is nice for me..

    That is so true.

Neighbors can only see me on 2 sides. Unless they roam the roads and fields.

The woods isnt ours, but the folks who own it let our cows in it free..Keeps the brush down.. Weeds and vines and bushes.
