These all came from 5 squares in my garden. I have 5 squares left to dig.

Goodness gracious me...Just look at you! Lovely carrots and beetroot; however the parsnips---oh my. :p
I have a real weakness for 'snips. How will you be preparing them? I suppose that you will freeze the rest in, tight?

Well, they seem to the the best size and shape. Now, I am going to have to dig some snips out of the freezer here for tonight.

Awesome, Donna. Is this going to be Christmas dinner? I love eating out of the garden. I look at the table and say I grew all this or I didn't spend much on dinner today. What a nice feeling. I love parsnips. How do you fix yours?

Sjoerd & Carolyn, Yes some are headed to the freezer, some to the dehydrator and the rest for Christmas dinner. We like them plain and simple. I slice them, steam them a little and then just brown them in butter.

Wow, this is very nice. What a surprise. We are waiting to see what you are going to do with them.

That is my favorite way to eat them. Yay! you enjoy them. I am hoping I find a spot to plant some next year. I just seem to run out of room in the garden every year.

What a lovely basket of goodies Donna. I'd be so proud putting those veggies on the Christmas table. :-D
