I wasn't sure just what i was looking at when i pulled up alongside this car,..kidnap,..hijack,..nope just some woman enjoying the Winter sun and keeping the sun out of her eyes.
Sun!! You have sun!!? There's freezing fog here and the ground looks as though it's been snowing. How about we swap weather for a while?
Lol Eileen,..sunny during the day here but at night its freezing mist,..very mild yesterday and today,..so much that some of my roses are coming into bloom,..three bushes,..i can understand the one next to the Greenhouse. Three days ago.
Soooo - you don't want to swap then? Lovely looking rose Philip. Ours would shatter like glass if they were blooming just now it's so cold.
Eileen,..lol no sale,..we had another mild day today,..there was drizzle though,..sorry its so cold where you are,..lets hope it doesn't get too cold. ================================================================================ Sjoerd,..i sure did,..this was a first year rose bush,..from a cutting last year,..i guess being close to the greenhouse gave it some shelter and heat.
The forecast for tomorrow night is for temps in the high 20's, so I went out and cut the last of the roses, open and also buds. Sorry Eileen, wish we could send you some of our more temperate weather, but I sure don't want to swap your cold for our chill!

I wish you guys and gals wouldn't confuse me. When I saw MG talk about night temperatures in the high 20's, that is good summer temps to us.........then the penny dropped.......F not C. We only talk C now in Europe since we all had to conform and become decimalised
Who would have thought,..we have the warmest November and December since records began,..today it was 16C=62F,..supposed to be the same tomorrow,..no complaints about that
