Oreti yes the sunrise pic is the one i was specifically referring too. Sunrise this time of year is usually hidden behind a few layers of fog. The weather can be clear one minute then the fog rises up from the valley’s below and it just hangs over the landscape up here in the lower mountain rage most of the day. I’d rather it snow, the skies are blue and clear. I haven’t put in my order for winter weather yet ..but hoping for lots of snow. Anniekay…OK smarty pants . I have lots of rain. When’s the last time you had RAIN to give all your plants a good healthy soak with the best water Mother Nature has to provide. We have an average rain fall of over 100” a year. Besides rain water is 100% soft water. Free of the salts, minerals, treatment chemicals, and pharmaceuticals found in municipal water, groundwater, and surface water, while rainwater is pure hydration. Besides when’s the last time you could going skiing in your back yard?
Yeahh, but I can get water if it doesn't rain. On the other hand, you can't just go get sunshine and warm weather. *neener, neenern, neener* And I don't ski. I don't like cold weather.

Nice bright but frosty start to our day. We are just about to head out for a wander and lunch in Southampton.....it will stop hubs from eyeing up all those sacks of compost he bought yesterday. He and our friend stacked them just inside our gate, one by one we will use the trolley and take them through to the nursery area... but for now they are definitely staying put....no moving allowed.

41°f - 61 for the high. Sunny all day. We had a cold north wind start last night. 9 mph wind gusting to 22 mph Humidity is 71 % so @ 5:30 am it's actually 49° but feels like 43°. Last year on Thanksgiving it was sunny and in the low 80's. Neighbors were having their dinner outside, kids running around in shorts. Not this year !!
It looks wet but it's not raining now, a clear sky and light winds from the south west temp 9c feels like 6c.
