Like the rest of the country we have a warning in place for today and tomorrow for snow but I very much doubt we'll get any. Thanks @Pacnorwest ,we had a super time up in London. We did a few nice walks through parks but as it was the Christmas period a lot of places were closed, we'll go later in the year to see more....in sunshine!! I'm very familiar with London and most of the big touristy places as all my family were from there ...including both my parents ,so we had plenty of trips up there to visit/ stay with Grandparents etc. Nevertheless lots of lovely memories made being with 2 of our 3 son's. Warms my heart to see the lovely homes they have made / making for themselves. We spoke with baby son on Christmas day ,our video call found him and his girlfriend relaxing on a beach in Mexico 29C. On New Years Day it was slightly cooler but still lovely they were about to move on to their 3rd destination. Our eldest...bless him is coming down on Monday to accompany me to hospital.......it's less than a mile away and only up the end of our road!!! He plans to stay 2 weeks to keep and eye on us!!! Love the role reversals that are coming into play now as we.......get old!!!!!
Rain is supposedly on it's way. Tomorrow we are anticipating a much wanted warmer day of 14C..albeit it only briefly for a day. Still have the 2 day snow warning lingering around....but with a potential 14C...snow... I don't think so.
Last night while walking through the city park .....the Moon with Venus. It was a truly beautifully clear sky.

Thanks @Logan ,it's actually Tues when the deed is done. Thankfully we've just missed having snow...another nearby city has had a heavy covering overnight.
River liked the snow having not seen any. Thankfully the snow is slowly going, got some drizzle with light winds from the south temp 4c feels like 4c.

Looking at the weather channel prediction, there are about two weeks in January with the predicted low as 32F, and one with 31F. That's amazing. My weather sometimes runs a degree or so lower than the prediction, but Im still not complaining.
