It's 54f here in the Columbia River gorge this morning. Only supposed to get to 72. This past week has seemed like a gift from the 1960's here because of the moderate weather. I'll take it?
Don't over do it @Oreti if you can. It's so easy to step over our personal limits. I've had a disc replaced in my lower back and was told never to lift over 40 lbs. If I obey that I'm pretty good. But if I don't...yikes
Thanks @Columbiariver , despite being out here for most of the day I scheduled in breaks and sat with my legs up for an hour at lunchtime. Just stood under a lovely warm shower and now icing up the niggles in my leg. Day of rest tomorrow with a restful lunch out somewhere nice. That's the good thing about having days out.....no outstanding jobs to tempt us.
Oreti so right back pain is an ongoing deal for some. With your back pain despite a knee replacement recently..your garden is still beautiful and amazing. Lovely to see how well you manage your limitations while still living life . It shows in your garden pics how well you manage life.
Thanks @Pacnorwest . We have only recently ( since my tkr) decided to have 3 days out ,strolling and browsing with lunch out too. It helps us both recharge and we look forward to not having tasks ( no matter how pleasant) to do. The bonus of course is just having time with each other too.
