This first house was, by far, my favourite as it had almost everything you could wish for.

The houses in Holland are just so pretty that I couldn't resist taking a few more to show you.

Of course no Dutch pictures are complete without at least one windmill!!!

Reminds me of the Swedish countryside Eils. Very beautiful. Not thinking of up and moving to Holland then? :)

Very pretty homes and the windmill is HUGE!
My cousins husband restores windmills in Germany.

We love visiting Holland Frank but it's not for us as I'd miss the Scottish countryside too much with its rolling hills and magnificent scenery. Holland is completely flat so you never see cascading waterfalls or lush valleys. In fact the only 'high' ground are the dykes!!
I'm afraid you're stuck with me!!! LOL

I do love they homes but I sure would love a windmill like that.

I've love the idea of living IN a windmill, even before I watched that BBC show with the crime-solving guy that lives in one! Beautiful pictures, Eileen, thanks so much for posting them (the cheese ones made me lactose intolerant just looking at them, lol!)

It's always interesting to see houses in other countries.
