rustic arbors

Category: Cranbrooks Lawn and Garden Ornaments | Posted: Sat May 27, 2006 7:28 pm

These arbors are both made with spruce branches.
As you can see there are always different views depending on the time of year. the first 2 pictures were taken today 3 pm .
there is a robin siting on the peak of the first picture.
the first arbor is made from 60 year old spruce.
the second arbor is made from 120 year old spruce branches.

You know I could really do with someone like you around Cranbrook!! I love your work and it's amazing how you can turn branches into such wonderful arbors.

Thank you tweetykiss and Eileen.
The nice thing about using branches is they always look natural and fit into any type of scenery and the best part is their free.

Welcome to Gardenstew Cranbrook.
Your arbor and the bench are wonderful.
I have been saving limbs and branches from our Chinaberry and Redbud trees when we trim them, don't know for sure what I will make from them. Right now I have enough for a couple of trellis' but I really want an arbor.

Thank you toni
arbors are pretty easy to build and they make a huge difference to your yard.
they look so natural.
