Add Your Opinion About This Plant Jewell (5504) wrote on Apr 05 2009 My old simple primrose has multiplied and taken care of itself for 25 years. A little plant that is hardy when placed in the correct spot with early blooms every spring. Great edging plant, very self-sufficient. Easy to divide. Lovely little thing. We have had ours in the garden for 16 years. They were here when we moved in.
