Chinese broccoli is also another healthy dish. If you want a healthy dish, blanch it in hot water for a few minutes (depending on the heat) drain it well, drizzle some olive oil and oyster sauce and garnish with browned shallots and garlic.
I prefer a quick stir fry. Brown your shallots in advance. Add canola/olive oil, add garlic and fry till lightly brown add in the veggies, stir for a while till the color changes lightly, add oyster sauce/hoisin sauce/szhechuan sauce, for a while and serve. Garnish with browned shallots. Enjoy!

Best eaten before maturity, very tasty and crunchy.
