I gave this plant four stars because while it's very pretty is does not always come back from the winter. It has a spreading habit that can overcome other smaller plants. Overall a good choice for gardeners with some experience.

The heat and drought hit right after I put this in the ground so watering everyday began. But by June when my watering was restricted to only two days a week it had established itself and tolerated the 27 days of 100 temps and 73 days of no rain beautifully. Now with some rain and the temps closer to normal it has increased in width and the blooms are starting up again.
I will definitely be taking cuttings just in case it doesn't come back after the winter and to also have a couple more. I like this opinion Note: please don't use this box to post questions, you can do that on our forums instead. |
