A true opportunist that takes advantage of snowless, mild winters. It can start it's blooming in January and can cope with a snowfall or two as long as it's not crushed underneath masses of snow.

Trust me, you do NOT want to try to grow this as a houseplant. It can take the winter, but it hates indoor life.
