There are various cultivars of plumeria with different bloom color, and flower scent, as well as dwarf varieties. There water and soil requirements are similar to adeniums and oleanders(both are related to plumeria) Cuttings need to callus over for at least week before planting. Seed grown plumerias will not be true to seed, so there is a possibility that you can get a new variety of plumeria. They require little water and well drained soil.
