Hybridized by Jack Carpenter in 2005, Stout Silver Medal Winner. A Bright Pink with a Dark Rosey Pink Eyezone and Picotee Edge above a Brilliant Yellow to Green Throat, Evergreen, Blooms early, and Reblooms.

Large open flowers, Golden-Orange shading to Canary Yellow, with Crimson blotches around the eye, reverse of the tepals flushed Orange-Scarlet, very beautiful.

Sent as Vulcan to David Fenwick, but is wrong. This has been named by David. Bright Red flowers with a Yellow eye. Very pretty plant.

The most important aspect of planting is to be sure that the soil is well-draining. I make a layer of sand in the base of my planting hole or trench.
Harvest first thing in the morning.
When harvesting, very carefully clip-away the red stigma and dry this thoroughly before storing.

Alluding to the French Liquer Cointreau. Large , soft Orange flowers of great substance with a pale Yellow centre, facing forward on a cascading stem, with relatively short pleated foliage. Pretty plant.
