The rhizomes of this unusual plant give it it's common name, Rabbit's foot fern. With two foot long fronds of deep green it makes a perfect hanging basket.

Discovered in Florida in the 1960's this fern has dark green fronds with ruffled margins.

Native to Southeast Asia this popular fern was given refuge from the dry air in fern cases, made popular during the Victorian era. The white center of each frond leaflet is bordered by deep green. The shorter but wider fronds are sterile.

The deep green leaves of this cultivar have light colored veins. This popular english ivy grown in a container will trail up to 30 inchs.

This vine is covered with soft hairs that gives a purple cast to its dark green leaves. Related to the common dandelion, this native of Brazil will grow to 12 inches then trail long stems and yellow flowers.

Found on the jungle floors of Indochina this colorful Begonia cascades over its container with brownish purple leaves.

This native of Vietnam will fill its container and then send out trailers up to 3 feet. The new leaves of this plant grow under the previous leaf similar to the shingles of a roof.

This fern from the Mauritius and Reunion Islands gets it's common name from the way it reproduces. From small bulb-lets on the fronds. It is a small plant suitable for terrariums.
