What a wonderful plant to add color. Just don't make the same mistake I did by not giving it a big enough trellis to grow on.

Put these where they can naturalize. They smell bad when cut or pulled up. Flowers have slight nice fragance.

Very showy early. Mid summer gets mealy bugs and must be treated or plants cut back.

The pitchers on this plant can become so large that they are known to trap mice.

Great bloomers, attracting butterflies and hummers. Easy to grow and propagate. Hard die back in winter, but return most of the time.

Nice to add to garden as supporting shrub. Pruned to a tidy shape they add interest with their glossy foilage. Flowers smell grand and you also have fresh fruit. White flies are some time a problem, all season oil spray works well. We found that a thick mulch of pine needles helps.

An annual in cooler zones. Commonly used in hanging baskets.

Wonderful for tropical gardens. Reliable bloomer, flowers in la. before foliage is up and reamins in flower for weeks.

Heavenly fragrance. Planted in the ground in Louisiana returns reliably. It is invasive but easy to pull up and share.
