Lemon balm has a wonderful fragrance, and a nice green colored foliage. I plant it in containers, as it is quite happy to spread all around the garden!

Nice eating vegetable cooked with chilli and a shrimp paste called "belachan" and a must have in "nasi lemak" .... yummie

Very easy to grow from the large seeds. Will self-sow. Trumpet shaped flowers are colorful and fragrant.

I like the colorful, tubular flowers. They have a spicy fragrance. In zone 5, they can sometimes overwinter if its a mild winter.
