This lovely, little creeper can become a pest if it's let loose in a border. It prefers dry, sunny sites, like footpath edges and dry walls. A very pretty plant in the right location.

When the leaves are touched they instantly fold up.

This pretty little plant is very fragrant. Leaves are soft to the touch. It can be invasive where it thrives, and needs to be kept an eye on.

This lovely rose can spread to a very large area by runners and by simple layering. It's very thorny and is a good choice if you want to block access somewhere.

Edible - if you know the proper way of cooking it. Tastes similar to spinach or other "greens".

Beautiful, long-lasting flowers with delicate "fern-like" foilage. The hummingbirds love this plant.

Very showy, upright plant. Needs no staking. Bugs don't seem to bother with it.
