I didn't realise I'd written soooooooo many already. Still got quite a few more to go. It's amazing what can be used in the garden with a little imagination and very little, if any, expenditure. All organic too!!!!!! Hope they don't bore everyone rigid!!!!
Great ideas Eileen . Heres one I use to light the fire . Melt down any bits and pieces of old candles into a soft wax . Mix with sawdust (joinery shops, tree surgeons , carpenters etc) pour the mix into the an old tray eg one of those that make ice in a fridge . About 1 inch cubes. Let the mix go hard .Great to start the fire 8) Bugs
That sounds a much better idea than firelighters Al!! We don't have an open fire and we're not keen BBQ'rs either but a good idea for my eldest lad and his dad when they do their charity walks. 8)
