The Day, Frustrations, and Little Discoveries

New discoveriesIt's just after 4 in the afternoon and I'm done for the day. It was a day of discovery. I discovered new seedlings popping through the dirt every hour. I discovered leafcutter bees (which I've never heard of). And I discovered that weeds appear out of nowhere as soon as you turn your back. I spent most of the day getting a tan while I continue to clean up a yard the previous owners left in a mess. But I also see so much potential in it. {{{ Take small steps, Libby }}}. Tomorrow it's back to work (part-time) so I won't be able to do as much as I did this weekend, but overall I'm pleased with the work I did get done. Now it's time to pour some lemonade (sorry, can't drink tea...blech) and sit out on the patio and enjoy the afternoon with the husband. This blog entry has been viewed 295 times
