MovingWow! Just got all my gardens to look beautiful and perfect and now I'm moving (I hope). It all started about 7 years ago when I moved in to the Mobile Home I'm in now. There is a lot of shade and I really didn't know what to do. What a challenge it has been! But I've learned what flowers and plants love the shade, what will tolerate it and what just doesn't want any part of it!!! I have many Hosta, Huechera, Bluebells,Bleeding Hearts. I'll be digging up most of these when I move for sure. The place I'm moving to is mostly sunny and that's going to be so much fun. This is going to be so easy! There are so many Sun Loving Flowers to plant I can barely contain myself!!! I'm so looking forward to being able to grow roses and so many other beautiful flowers! Wow, that's what we call a blank slate and they are both wonderful and scary to have.
How exciting. New ground to break for gardening. New places for plants. Keep us updated how things go.
Congrats on your new blog woodlandfey. Keep us updated on the move.
Congratulations on your move, I hope you find room for the lovelies you already have, and then some.
I just know you're going to have so much fun with your new garden!!! I hope the move goes smoothly for you.
Congrats on the move! You could take pictures of your current garden before you pack up so you can look back at it later. Just don't do drive-by garden checks like I've been known to. The next inhabitants never keep it nice :)
I know you are just so happy to get to a place you can grow all kinds of plants.
I hope your move goes well. You can think of yourself as a pioneer venturing out into a new wilderness. I like change.
Well, gardening is all about versatility and you're obviously gaining lots of knowledge along the way.
Congrats on your move and your new garden. We'd like pics. Enjoy! Login or register to leave a comment. |
