Things I want to trade for

Category: trade | Posted: Sat Mar 04, 2006 4:14 pm

Any smell goodies

Need a few small flowering trees and flowering bushes so will trade for cuttings.

Im not into pink unless its hot pink. I love any bold colors and flowers and plants that have multi colors on them. I can be just foliage and no flowers too.

I want to try new things come spring So Im pretty open to any trade.

I have the Double Althea bush .I don't know how a cutting would do in the mail. Its brighter than the picture shows.I also have the seed pods from my white Angel Trumpets and hopefully from my Double purple one.All kind of plants but no seeds ready yet.

Are you wanting cuttings that you'll root yourself? I've never sent them out before and wonder how they do in the mail.

I've got loads of stuff I could take cuttings. You could almost look through all my pics and just say "I want that..."

Maybe the cuttings could be wrapped in a very wet paper towel and then put in a zip lock baggie zipped around the stem. Does anyone else think it would work that way?

Ive gotten cutting through the mail. They would be wrapped in a wet papertowel, then a wet peice of newspaper then a plastic bag. Ive gotten them taped up and a couple with rubber bands to hold in place. Its easier to take off a rubber band then tape.
