ok, they gave me a prize for my small garden this year also. in fact, it was a surprise for me because, i entered my name only on a friend's insistance and then the judge who came to inspect was not very impressed since i had nothing new from last year. anyway, i think there weren't many entries to compete. but i feel happy about the whole thing, and i feel like i am doing something in the garden.

no, sjoerd, it is an ixora, with round petals. lots of flowers all year round. not much maintainance.
