Now that Summer's here....things are popping

Category: Kratz7's Blog | Posted: Fri Jul 04, 2008 11:15 am

Well, we sit around all Winter waiting for Spring. I have been working like crazy to get things ready for Summer. Here's some of the progress I've made.

Here's the pond, I must have shared about thirty lilies from our pond this year. This will let the lilies spread out even more.....

Here's my resident frog, he comes to the pond and then goes to the creek to visit his froggy friends......

The old vege garden is now my experimental seed garden, this is where I try all of the seeds that I've swapped for.

I planted a ton of zinnias as the butterflies seem to enjoy them.

Thanks for visiting my blog.

Your garden looks like a piece of Paradise, I love your froggy friend and the pond. :D Don't forget to take time to enjoy the results of your hard labour now.

Really nice garden and flower fotos K.
I'm still chuckling at your froggy. What a character he is.

Beautiful photos, everything looks wonderful. All your hard work is really paying off.

I especially like #3 photo, the sun shining in thru the trees gives it a magical look.

Thanks for sharing, I just love ponds. And yours is so pretty with all your flowers around it. I also like your vege garden for swap seeds, I'd call it the 'swap garden'.

I really love your garden Kratz. It puts mine to shame as it's so neat and tidy. (can you see me going red LOL) I love your pond and your little visitor. Did you build it yourself?

You have beautiful gardens. Are you still seed swapping? I have put in several new perennial plants this year that I hope to collect seed from. Let me know if you are interested.
