Waiting for MORE snow

Well friends its been several days since I've been on here.
And again Im waiting for more snow.
Last storm was a no SNOW.
The forcasters scare all the storms away,same with this one.
I was able to get out the other day and I have a new Baby to care for.
When the weather gets better I plan to transplant it out front of the Apt.
All my house plants are still alive and probably doing better than me:)

Winter or Spring

Well friends,the Superbowl is history,now to the important issue.
We had a snow blast last night,and by the time a woke up it was melted.
Its a lovely 31 outside and we have a new Clipper coming through tonight.
But I had to get this picture,which gives me hope Spring is right around the corner.
Was going to get a Hummingbird feeder for this Summer,but I'm not sure if there any in NJ.
Well enough chatting,now to the pictures.

Happy Ground Hog's Day

Well Ground hog Day is almost over and I've been up since 5 AM waiting for his forcast.
Winter is going to end after these 3 storms coming my way.
Im in bed and warm so I don't care what happens tonight.

Winter hasn't left:)

Well friends, the Winter hasn't left yet although I'm tired of this dam cold.
This morning I awoke to overcast,then we got a snow blast which made me think I missed something in my weather report.
Now the sun is out and its a balmy 31 outside,and down to 13 tonight.
All my babies are doing GREAT and I'm happy about that.
Had my gout resurfaced yesterday and in some pain as I'm now on MORE Meds.
Will chat again and thanks to ALL who have responded to me in past.

WOW

Well friends Winter is finally here.
Weather people said snow and we got a big storm of 1.4" last night which isn't bad.
BUT the cold is something different.
As of now @ 1:22 PM its 22 degrees and the wind chill is 5.2.
I was out this morning and now I plan to stay indoors till Spring.
I'm on the 2nd floor and my crazy neighbor still have their A/C on.
Right now Im having a hard time keep the birds fed as they are going crazy for food.
Go thing is my heat as its 75 in here.

Happy New Year

Well friends, just wanted to wish everyone a Happy New Year,and its only 31 days to Groundhog Day.
Spring training will be starting shortly.
Our football coach was fired, but new years eve was quite,and way to cold out for me to go out.
I watched the ball drop in NYC and using the computer I could view the fireworks on the Delaware River (between Pa and NJ(my state))without getting cold.
All I had to do was open my bedroom window and I could hear the noise.
Yesterday I watched our Mummers Day parade.
Last time I was there I was 1 year old.
You have to live here to enjoy it,but its in my blood.
It should be nice for people who like the cold,as its going down to 27 tonight.
The birds are doing great AND they are getting used to the heated birdbath.

Merry Christmas

Well friends just want to wish you a Merry Christmas,and hope yours was good.
Its over for another and it was good for me.
Santa was great with presents and I over ate at my Sister's as usual.
Now were waiting for another storm tomorrow after a brief dusting of snow on Christmas Eve.
And maybe even a bigger storm this weekend.

A bit early for some

Well friends its been a year and we are at the best time of the year for me.
My tree is up and music is on, and MOST important I just gave my babies 1 of their Christmas presents.
Weather says its supposed to sleet tonight,but I'm warm and so far health is ok.
Frank,by the time you read this Santa will already be by you Home.
I've been tracking Santa all day,and also watching Santa's standby reindeer at Reindeercam.com
Beautiful site.
So from me to ALL my friends here and around the World,Merry Christmas.

A waist

Well friends,except for loosing a few tv channels it was uneventful evening.
Now I have too much water,but if I didn't get some then I would have messed up.
Not saying it wasn't bad around the area,as the airport in Philly is still closed,the interstate roads only opened at 4AM.
The 4 ferries that travel from NJ to Delaware are all sitting over in Gloucester City NJ.
All the babies are inside and the wild bird seed feeders are still hanging outside.
The only thing I noticed is that is sure got cooler last night,infact had to close my bedroom window.
Now to some pretty bland photos.
