A Crazy week and a half

Well friends last Sunday I went to the hospital for 4 days for Pneumonia and that was enough.
The good thing is I stopped smoking and after 41 years its something new for me.
And had computer problems so after 2 days and an upgrade to Windows I have to learn the computer all over again.
We are getting our first heat wave and the heat index went to 103 today.
Keets didn't know me after 4 days away but they're back into it with me.
Had swimming pool for the keets and Frick wouldn't go leave the pool.

why is Frack sleeping with her beak buried in the top of her wing, I think she's cold.

Good and bad news

Keets went to vet with good results except Frack the female is eating to much BUT not with baby.
The A hole told me to go back inside my apartment when I went outside to fill my bird feeder.
So a call to office in the morning.

A Short Summer

Hi friends and we had our Summer for this year.
Just kidding but it was great today to get outside and do some work.
The keets and I cleaned the balcony and were able to plant some seeds for flowers and tomatoes.
But its already getting cooler as we are expecting rain all day tomorrow and Monday.
So the temps went from 83 degrees to 67 now.
But I feel sorry for the people around the Great Lakes with all the snow they are having to deal with.

Busy Day

All started out good for today and while cleaning the keets cage Frack decided to take flight outside the cage.
The doors were closed and the fan was off and she was having a wonderful time.
She finally landed on MY pillow where I caught her.
Supposed to be warmer this weekend.

Windy

Welcome to a VERY windy NJ.
The morning started out beautiful but very Foggy.
Did my walk to store and back home.
The keets were great and they loved being outside.
THEN all hell broke out with first the rains that were the worse I've seen in a while.
Next came the wind which were so strong it blew me over so everything that was on my balcony is in the livingroom.
Then the keets starting acting up so they went to bed early.
I think the storm upset them and I checked them and they are ok.
Also there is talk of snow this coming weekend.

Happy Easter

Hi friends and a Happy Easter to you from me and the Keets.
Since the weather was nice outside yesterday the keets and I got out and did some work.
I hung my new flower pots (not all are filled and I installed the new bird bath and I think iit looks great.
For the last couple of days Tom turkey has returned for Breakfast and Dinner.
Right now its 68 degrees and cloudy BUT starting around midnight its supposed to start snowing through the night into tomorrow with 1-3 inches maybe 4inches.
Well friends I have to close as I have to put my ham in the oven to warm.
So have a happy Easter and sleep warm.

Just a Question

Friends I think I asked this before but forget the answer.
That is I wish there was a way us friends could be able to chat live here.
That question is I guess for Frank.
And as for the weather we finally went through our 4th Nor-easter with 7.6" of snow.
The Parakeets were good but now driving me crazy as they see its clear outside but they don't know its to cool for them.
I only hope this winter leaves and I don't want to ever see another winter.
