When will it end

Well friends its been over 24 hours and its still snowing.
Banking problem I hope is corrected.
Parakeets loved being out for short periods and I got some good naps.
The babies are asleep and Im going there after I finish here.
All I can say is sleep warm

First day of Spring NOT

As for this year it can close early because its been not good for me.
Trouble with banking,my friend's car broke down this evening.
Weather was bad outside this afternoon with sleet.
worse weather coming tonight with 12-18" of snow overnight
Lost power this afternoon for 2 hours and that is not good cause Keets and I need heat.
Time to log off to save my batteries.

Well friends just wanted to come here and wish you all a Happy St.Patricks day.
My day started early with my corned beef going iin the cooker right breakfast.
The day wasn't to bad outside so the parakeets spent a great amount of time outside.
The dinner was great and Im afraid there isn't much meat left and thank goodness the birds don't eat meat.
Now for the next storm.
They are already starting that Storm Emergency in Phila and the storm isn't supposed to strike until Tuesday,go figure.

Almost Spring

Did I tell you people that I hate this Winter.
This is the longest period of wind and I hope it ends.
Now for the new news that next week we are expecting ANOTHER Nor-easterner that makes 4 of them in 1 week.
One good thing was the moving of the houseplants except the Aloa Vera which requires a fork lift as it weighs a ton.
The keets are of course acting up as they don't want to be quiet and it gives me a head ache.

Another week is over and junk coming

Hi friends from a sunny NJ.
I think I ask questions no body likes.
Today is nice outside and you know who is outside getting a little feather burn.
I might as well because we have our 3rd Nor easter coming tomorrow night.
going to try to plant some seeds if I can find good potting soil.

1 Day Storm

Friends it started around 7:30 this morning and lasted till 6PM.
Keets had fun and are fast asleep and we even had Thunder snow.
Now the only thing to worry about is the wind that is growing.

More Snow and a problem

Well friends its been a week and now another snow storm.
Thank goodness I was out today and did all I needed to do so I will be inside keeping warm.
All the years I went to school I never remember the schools closing of the school but most of the schools have already closed for snow.
Now for my problem is I can't keep flowers alive and I think its because I either don't water them enough or too much.
Do you have ideas on who to correct this.

Welcome to the sidewise snow in NJ

The morning was to bad and went to the store and then the temp started to drop.
By 1 PM it was snowing and by 2 couldn't see across the parking lot and all the time the Keets wanted to go out and visit with the wild birds on the balcony.
The Keets forget its cold out but after 10 seconds they remembered quickly.
That all changed after 2 hours with a repeat.
They are finally in bed and asleep and I will be there shortly.

What a Day

Well friends its been a crazy day today as I was awake at 5 AM yep 5AM by the keets (my kids).
A baby mouse wanted something to eat but it never expected the birds in the cage.
My job is turn on a light uncover the cage and talk to my babies.
Then had to mop the bedroom and reload the mouse trapes as it seems I'm the only one with mice OR my neighbors lieing to me.
Well tomorrow and for the next 3 days we are getting crapped on with weather with RAIN,WIND,and SNOW.
I WILL be here most of the day tomorrow as its the 5th anniversary of the apt fire.

Balcony photos

Went for a walk today to the store that I haven't walked to in over 6 months a boy that sure did do me in.
I did take some balcony photos to help in the placement of the new plants for this Summer.
The measurements of the balcony are 3'9" by 15'1" and remember I will need somewhere to sit at night.
I only took 4 photos and the first picture is of a shot I've never seen before.
Also you can see the Keets wanted to contribute their 2 words.
