Cold New Year

Happy New Year from a frozen New Jersey.
Friends its 19 outside at 10:30 and thank goodness for night time as Frick & Frack want to go outside and if not they BOTH scream so I can't take my nap.
I watched the Mummers parade (The Phila parade) and I don't think it was as good as past years,although it was in the teens all day.
Tomorrow is my visit to the Dr.so I will keep you informed of what pain he wants me to have.
Its almost 11:00 and the A_ _hole has his 3 year old son still awake pounding in their apartment which causes my apartment to move.
At 11:00 I can and will call the Police.
They are talking about a coastal storm Wed, to Thurs.
and that track with the cold we do get MUCH snow.
I hope not so sleet warm

Where is Spring

Well friends I show 23 degrees but my weather equipment is off,(to be replaced next Spring.)
It took me till 3PM to be able to walk to the corner store.
For the first time since I got Frick & Frack they sat by the balcony door and they didn't go out since I was to sick so they were fairly quiet so I could sleep.
Its 75 inside and they are both asleep and I'm going to join them after I get off here.

It's COLD!!!!!

Well friends its late and after this I'm going to follow the babies.
I can't believe that its 27 outside and also I can remember when I would stand outside in 1 location for times up to 1 hour for telephone work.
I have 2 pictures of something I first remembered when I was 6 years old and although these are not the original they are the same to me

Merry Christmas

Well friends we had snow showers and the wind is awful
My ham is cooking and the birds are getting to their new toy.
I put it in the cage about 10 AM and they finally found it around 2:30.
So I didn't blow my money.

Well friends we won't have a White Christmas.
My Friends brought my gifts over this morning and I gave them theirs.
The keets are asleep after a very exciting day for them.
Santa visited the complex this evening and all there is is to go to sleep.

A Wet New Jersey

Well friends its 2 days before the big day and thank goodness for gift cards.
Not driving causes me to take what I can get.
Besides my Daughter asked for a card and my Brother always like them.
I finished my cookies this morning and glad its over.
The Keets are fast asleep and I think they can tell they know something is coming as they have been very talky.
Will try to get back with Christmas wishes.

Friends all ok here and I will be back with more BUT Earthcam.com has a Snowman cam which is GREAT.
Earlier today it was MANY turkeys and just watched many deer eating,it was just lovely.
Rain by morning my keets are fast asleep.
Only wish I could upload videos to here.

Well friends its been getting cold here and I just came back with a ride and I won't be going out tomorrow.
It wasn't to bad this afternoon but its now down to 30 degrees and a 30 mile wind.
Thank goodness the keets are fast asleep and now to some pictures.

It started around 9AM and still snowing but we only got 1.8 inches of the stuff.
The kids (parakeets) loved the short time they were out and now they are asleep.Well I need to return to my tv and then sleep.

I Hate Winter Already

Welcome friends to a cool New Jersey.
Its not Dec. 21st abut they only spent and I am already looking for Spring.
The weather people around here are calling for a 100%
chance of snow (just what I need)
The keets loved being outside but they only was out for short time.
